Approach
Mission Statement
Our goal is to improve the lives of our clients by
offering organizing solutions in a confidential and
productive manner with a strong focus on maximizing
their use of time, space and resources. A fundamental
concept within the LQ Solutions organizing process plan
is a well designed maintenance strategy in order to
ensure a successful outcome which includes decreased
stress, increased productivity, and efficient use of our
client's resources.
The LQ Solutions Approach to Organizing Solutions
As a
professional organizer and member of the National
association of Professional Organizers (www.napo.net),
I am committed to providing confidential organizing
solutions to individuals and businesses. Our goal at LQ
Solutions is to follow a process that is efficient and
productive with results that improve the lives of our
clients.
My
organizing process is structured into four phases:
Our
initial meeting is focused on evaluating your needs and
goals. This session is complimentary and typically will
last one hour.
In
preparation for this meeting you will be ask to submit
the following:

A
before digital picture of the space we will addressing.

The
needs assessment document.
Completion of these two steps allows us to begin
focusing on creating solutions right away. Both
documents can be submitted via email.
During our second meeting we will begin the organizing
process onsite by following an action plan which
incorporates timelines, goals and assignments. We make
every effort to work within your budget by offering
creative implementation options. These might include:

Side by side assistance.

Coaching.
-
Pacing our work schedule over several weeks.
-
Simply creating the organizing action action plan
which is then implemented solely by the client.
The
third step in the process is a follow-up one hour
evaluation appointment to discuss the organizing process
and results. During this meeting we will assess what is
working and address any areas that still need
improvement.
The
final step of the project involves a maintenance
assessment and is complimentary. A well designed
maintenance strategy is a critical key to the success of
the project. This step will be completed via email, mail
or phone.
